In a remarkable display of teamwork, creativity, and environmental consciousness, our employees have transformed ordinary wooden sticks, typically considered rubbish (sampah in Bahasa Malaysia) on the floor, into beautiful stars. These symbolic stars not only represent the spirit of cooperation and togetherness within the organization but also highlight the innovative capabilities of our company’s workforce.
Additionally, they showcased their innovation by creating 3D models using straw and other recycled materials, demonstrating employees’ ability to turn everyday materials into works of art.
Leaders and managers actively participated in the project, breaking down hierarchical barriers and fostering stronger interpersonal relationships among team members, which is a practice widely embraced by Jecmetal.
All these were done during a recent training session. Our company consistently provides training opportunities for employees, including leaders and managers. We believe that with this, the leaders and managers can lead their team well which contributes to the overall success of the company.
