It was our great honour to be invited by Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), Faculty of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, to participate in the Appreciation Ceremony for the Charlie Batch students of the Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Aircraft Manufacturing) with Honours programme.
The ceremony celebrated the achievements of graduates who successfully completed their studies, including a one-year Work-Based Learning (WBL) placement within the industry. We were proud to witness their accomplishments and are especially pleased to share that the student who completed his WBL attachment with our company has since been offered and accepted a permanent position upon graduation. This reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting graduate employability and contributing to the development of a skilled talent pool for the industry.
The event was attended by industry coaches from NAICO, CTRM, UMW Aerospace, and Pecca Aviation. In addition to that, the session also provided an opportunity to review the WBL programme syllabus as part of the continuous improvement efforts to better prepare future graduates. Feedback and insights from industry partners play a vital role in ensuring the curriculum remains relevant, practical, and aligned with real-world industry requirements.
