We recently celebrated our Annual Dinner and Team Building 2023 at A’famosa, Malacca. The event, held last week, brought together employees from various departments for a day filled with team-building activities and an evening of camaraderie.
The daytime session commenced with an array of engaging team-building activities at the water park. The activities included passing hula hoops and pool tubes, securing lives from water gun threats, collecting water using sponges, bowling with coconuts, and the thrilling people-carrying using ropes. These activities aimed to strengthen the bond between our team members and enhance collaboration in the workplace.
As the sun set, the atmosphere transformed into a tropical paradise for the Hawai Aloha-themed annual dinner. During the dinner, awards such as the Long Service Award, Most Improved Employee Award, Most Kaizen Enthusiast Award, Most Valuable Kaizen Award, and Top Scorer for Quiz were presented to deserving individuals who exemplified excellence in their respective categories. Teams that excelled in the morning’s team-building activities were not only celebrated but also received trophies and medals from the top management.
